Jack Weiner - Loving husband of Patricia Hagan-Weiner. Devoted father to Michael and Lauren. Adored Grandfather to Michelle and Ashley. Great Grandfather to Mikayla, Joseph and Logan.
Jack is survived by his brothers Lenny and Bobby. He is pre-deceased by his sisters Geri and Adele. Jack is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Jack was a proud Navy veteran, Golden Gloves Champion, terrific softball player and an avid singer. He was a longtime member of Madison Square Boys Club so in lieu of flowers a donation may be made in Jack’s memory to: madisonsquarefoundation.org.
